[TYPO3-ect] formatting of lib/div source

Ok, im through all files now.
All changes can be found in svn.

So please, if you add new code or change existing code, update the
according api-doc.

I know, nobody likes this work, but if lib/div should meet the high
quality standards its a must to have up to date api-doc!
