[TYPO3-ect] xajax and multiplugins

Hi,


we have been working with xajax and frontend plugins quite a while. When 
you are using xajax with more than one plugin in the frontent, the AJAX 
classes are instantiated once and all properties are used for alle 
plugins. This could be a real problem, as you can't assign values to 
each plugin directly.

So we modified the xajax extension to have a "multi plugin" solution, 
the extension is allready tested in our environements and is compatible 
to the xajax extension.

Since we don't want to add an other xajax extension to the extension 
list, we offer to merge the codes, to have one xajax extension in the TER.
