[TYPO3-ect] standardization?

I think it'll be good if common GET-Vars would somehow be standardized. Let's for example take the fe_user ID - if you use various extensions dealing with fe_users, every extension uses it's own namespace for submitting the vars. This is not bad in terms of caching etc. but really a pain in the a... that no other extension knows that a fe_user ID is set and that they also could personalize their content or whatever.
I think it would be a good idea to define something like a global namespace for common vars like:
http://my-url.tld/index.php?typo3Var['id']=12&typo3Var['fe_user']=123&tt_news['ttnews']=43
What do you guys think?
