[TYPO3-ect] official API documentation on typo3.org

Hi !

My suggestion is to have an "official" URL on typo3.org for the 
documentation API generated by Doxygen. Instead of having dispersed 
resources over the internet why don't we join the effort by putting this 
  documentation on typo3.org.

http://typo3.org/developers/documentations/typo3/
http://typo3.org/developers/documentations/lib/
http://typo3.org/developers/documentations/div/
http://typo3.org/developers/documentations/dam/
http://typo3.org/developers/documentations/ ... etc...


or something shorter like this :

http://typo3.org/api/typo3/
http://typo3.org/api/lib/
etc...


There is already something here, but unfortuneatly out of date
http://typo3.org/fileadmin/typo3api-4.0.0/


It would be an advantage for everyone to have those resources in one 
central place. What do you thing about that ?
