[TYPO3-ect] MVC: Roadmap to Beta

Hello all,

today I prepared a roadmap for a beta release. The planned release date
would be 15th of september. Milestones will progress in weekly steps.

Please have a look and tell me where you think that corrections are
necessary, espacially for smarty view and kickstarter__mvc.

If you plan to bring in new features before beta, please mind, that there
will be a feature freeze starting with the release candidates. Put your
features into SVN or the bugtracker in before.

When beta is out, we will collect feedback and then plan the road to the
stable release. Between beta and stable advanced concepts have to go into
the extension. Please prepare to bring in your conceptions for that. 

At the beginning of that phase we will define who is responsible for what.
The responsibilities for advanced features will probably be settled in the
middle of october.
