Hi Fabien,

you could write the service definition. You already experimented with
services, right? I think it's a few line of codes in ext_localconf.php of
lib. See cal extension:

http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/cal/0.15.4/info/ext_localconf.php/

Consider to ask Andreas for a SVN access.

Then you could prepare an RFC for further services that should be defined 
within lib/div.
