Hi Fabien,

you find several MVC frameworks in TER. There are only two that are
organized as public development processes on typo3.org. That's lib/div and
the future MVC of version 5.

There are several connections between cal and lib/div.

1.) cal is the only calendar extensions organized in a public development
process.
2.) Both extensions are members of ECT.
3.) Both are influenced by ideas of WEC.
4.) There is the vision, to make cal and lib work together. But lib/div is
late and it's as always a question of ressources.

CAL has implemented the WEC MVC, wich is older than lib/div. There are
several concepts of WEC, that still need to be implemated into lib/div. You
can learn from it. Because of the business model of WEC, the WEC MVC didn't
become an official project within the typo3.org plattform. You can find
sevaral WEC extensions in TER.

Elmar
