Do a google search for "result browser". Then scroll down the result list.
Voila! Magic. A result browser.  :-)

I know of 2 agencies, one or two TER extensions and 2 free developers. The
rest is interpolation. There are X times more private extensions in the
world than public extensions in TER. Would be interesting to know, how big
this X is. My estimation is somewhere between 50 and 5.000.

However only few result browsers will be of a high quality. Guess that is
the mayor problem. It's not trivial to code a clean browser. Even in the
google browser you will discover strange behaviour, as soon as you try to
visit the views with the low rankings and high numbers.
