[TYPO3-ect] Testing the PEAR installer

Hello Elmar,

now it's very cool. With help of the TYPO3 Kochbuch I did this:

* The "auto-pilot" can be switched on or off in Extension Manager
(ext_conf_template.txt)
* The include_path is automatically set in ext_localconf.php when the
"auto-pilot" setting is enabled.

I upload this new version today.
