yes, and that is also a problem, e.g. the timezone-issue.

interesting - did you replaced all eval functions ? DId you replaced all 
links of pagetree ?

i hope that too. But anyway when 5 is released, many people won't update, so 
there will be the 2 "worlds" of TYPO3 for years.
