If you do the forms with it (which is nice), please make it an additional option, as FE-editing would no longer be accessible in any way. As much as I like those cool features, I hate them the same for being not accessible but so tempting.

It's the same with f.e the tab-feature of EXT-JS. Ok, you can map existing div's as tab-contents, but as it seems you can't use regular html content for the labels - why not using DLs for that - the DT could be the label, the DD the tabcontent with no limitations as far as I know.
For a customer I also implemented JS-tabs with my limited JS knowledge - but I did it that way, that the content is somehow semantic correct and still accessible or at least useful without JS (example: http://www.business-one-beratung.de/referenzen/referenzberichte/show/euratech-gmbh.html).
