[TYPO3-ect] Can we use GPLv3 for extensions

Hi Elmar,

I love Java, and so I'm using some apache-components - for example ant.
But I never have tried to use something from an TYPO3-extension.

But why not? If one has PHP and Java on the server some components could
 be used.
