[TYPO3-ect] lib: Before going to beta

Hello Elmar,

I just checked the status of the multi-language-feature (in bananas),
because the language-stuff isn't in your list.

That's very handy. To write %%%url%%% in the template, so that the
result of locallang.xml / languageKey / label / index="url" is taken is
VERY nice to use. That's more than beta, it's cohiba in my eyes.
