[TYPO3-ect] [tx_lib] is it a bug ?

Hi lib/div users,

$GLOBALS['TSFE']->tmpl->setup is with constant replacement. However I
decided to remove this path technique. Having to many options to do the
same thing is always connected with confusion.

That means that some existing extensions like efaq will needed to be fixed
in this point. Sorry for this. But I think it is better to work on a
consistent architecture as long as it is alpha, than having dozends of
exeptions for reasons of backward compatibility later.

In the same moment I migrate some other components of tx_lib_configuration
to the new object tx_lib_context. tx_lib_context will give access to $TSFE
and to $this->cObject and implements the getText function from TS.
