[TYPO3-ect] drop support of PHP 4

According to the following news, TYPO3 will drop support of PHP 4 in 
version 4.2,

Can we start "updating" lib/div with PHP5 dependency ?

It would mean, we could use the default compile SPL library in PHP 5. 
(faster than the actual "emulation" class)
