[TYPO3-ect] Address directory/Partner Management extension

Hi Robert!

I have developed the current Partner Management extension (tx_partner) 
as a university project and I am actively using it to manage the 
partner-data from our church.

It is running quite stable and I will provide patches if there are any 
bug-reports, but I'm not actively developing it any further. The reason 
is that I wanted to start a real team-based and future-proof solution to 
handle all sorts of partner/party-related data: and that's the Party 
Information Framwork (tx_party):

This project is currently in design phase and it will certainly take a 
while until it can be used productively. The Party Information Framework 
is based on the open standard xPIL/xNAL (version 3.0).

I will (already from my personal interest) certainly provide a migration 
path from tx_partner to tx_party as soon as it's ready. And that will 
also be the point where I will stop supporting tx_partner and turn it 
into an obsolete extension.

So my advice is: If you're not in a hurry, wait for the Party 
Information Framework. If you need a solution now, start with tx_partner 
and migrate to tx_party as soon as it's ready.
