There is a new version on the above side.
I did some improvements (at least i think there are :) to the ui
and fixed the renamed tx_lib classes.
Code for controllers is not yet generated.

Please see this bugreport/patch for kickstarter that disables
the possibility to add more plugins that one:

kickstarter is now in svn on sourceforge. Instructions to checkout
on my page (link above).
