[TYPO3-ect] lib/div for Backend-Modules?

A second idea came into my mind. You could evaluate if we could use a
common index.php and do "Inversion of controll" in the BE, too. That
would be a giant step towards a melange of FE and BE already within
4.x. Using BE form libraries and the FE and vice versa would come into
reach.
