[TYPO3-ect] The chain

Hi,

the common view class tx_lib_view has vanished again in the SVN version of
lib. The functions mainly have moved to tx_lib_data.

The reason is that SPL objects don't work with a monolithik view class but
rahter in form of an interlinked chain of processing and filtering objects.

The eFAQ shows this chain i.e. in the function:

    tx_efaq_controllers_common->_compose()

Here we link 4 objects now to a chain:

model > highlighting searchword filter > php template engine > translator

All of them are linked by the SPL interface.
