[TYPO3-ect] Starting point for kickstarter?

Fine.
Then i will use this ext as a template for the kickstarter.
I think i will leave the switch class in so the coder does know about
this feature. Otherwise it will become the same mess as with current
exts and everybody reinventing the wheel.

The ext for the kickstarter will take some time i think because there
is some work for my boss too :)
Whut ya think aboot the ext key "kickstarter_ect"?
