[TYPO3-ect] Starting point for kickstarter?

Hi,

apples is just the absolute minimum to get started. It's a kind of hello
world programm, not more. It doesn't teach the typical techniques of
lib/div. I think the combination of list and single view comes closer to
the needs of the average user. To demonstrate these I am working on eFAQ,
a typical list with single views.

In the setup of eFAQ I currently show the usage of the switch class. In
this point it is oversized. Maybe I will remove this switch demonstantion.
Without, it makes a good example and could serve as a template for the
kickstarter.
