Disability, Mark, Language, Occupation, Qualification
E.g. the occupation could be part of a CV.

Are these covered by a standard? Couldn't this held a bit more flexible?

Do you have a good link to the xPIL/xNAL description?
Which parts of your database model must be fix, and what can be changed?
