[TYPO3-ect] lib/div 1.0 - it's time to say thank you

Well i would suggest (short):
1.To gain an overview of what today mvc frameworks accomplish.
2.Point out/Discuss the most important/usefull/pragmatically things.
3.Make a list priorized list of what can be integrated to div/lib
4.Generate and spread workpieces.

I am willing to participate to all of the above mentioned points.
And i could provide a detailed overview of 1. until end of the week.
