Hi Steffen,

I think the key is responsibility. ECT is strictly result orientated.
There needs to be person feeling reponsible for a field. Then it works and
the choice of the communication tools become secondary, but are also of
importance.

Without a responsible person it all ends up in fruitless debates. As soon
as Niklas or someone else steps up and volunteers to guide us to a
solution we can do the next step.
