Hi Niklas,

Yes that is an important topic for ECT, not so much for lib/div.
IMHO it belongs into a data access library. See the tsObjects from Jeff
(webempowered church). There are also other interesting projects for PHP 
out there. 

Yes, we need to discuss and compare them. I hope somebody takes up and
guides us through that discussion.
