[TYPO3-ect] xaJax - Further development

Hi all,

actually Elmar and myself get it to managed, that the following 
extensions are registered under a new user in TER, with which we are 
both capable to upload new versions (so in the future there is a backup, 
if one of us has not the time to release new versions).

- xajax
- xajax_tutor
- scriptacualous
- jquery

The last weeks, some people raised "feature-" or "change-requests" for 
the xajax-ext.

I'll try to collect all requests and make the improvements on the ext, 
so please answer to this threat with your opinions, so we can discuss 
what should be in the next version.

Coinstantaneous I'll try to implement the new xaJax version 0.5 (beta 1 
or 2) with BC.
