Hello Franz,

I once started this discussion page. Then the party framework did roll and
I have made my bets on that. It has a completely different modell where
everything is a "party". But do we have results that sr_feuser_register
can build on?

What advice could we give? That is a question that directly goes to Oliver
and David.

My proposal in a situation that comes so suddenly would be, keep it as it
is, else you probably run into trouble with all those installations that
already depend on it. If the party framework comes to a result for
TYPO3 4.x they also will show us a secure migration path I expect.
