[TYPO3-ect] lib/div 1.0 - it's time to say thank you

Hello Daniel,

you are absolutely right that the infrastructure is a central key. I am
glad to see that you and others do a very good job there. Also remember
that the wiki was the location of the birth of ECT. While we have moved
something meanwhile there is not even a page about ECT on typo3.org. So
far for the advantages of a wiki over websites maintained by single
webmasters.

I have forgotten you in my thank you list. But i have given you a place on
the credits page of the lib/div slideshow now. :-)
