[TYPO3-ect] jQuery 1.0.4

Hi,

just want to inform, that I've uploaded the extension "jquery", which 
included the actual library in version 1.0.4 and the plugin "interface".
For the configuration I was inspired by the "overlib" extension, which 
doesn't need to be instantiated to be included.

I've discovered, that jQuery and xaJax can live extremly good side by side.

e.g.

With xaJax I create two lists and then I let xaJax include the necessary 
jQuery-code to make the lists sortable -> really create ;-)

Because of some rendering problems I had with script.aculo.us and other 
frameworks I decided to use this one.
