[TYPO3-ect] Enhanced Rights Management

Did you see, what Thomas Koch wrote in the Talk-page of the project?
Sounds very interesting. He likes to care for a common rights-management
for several projects - eGroupware, TYPO3, eZ publish.

I know it's not the right time for TYPO3 with such a big change, but
keeping in contact with them would be a good thing.
