[TYPO3-ect] Party FW: Status and work packages

Hi all,

here's an update on what's been happening to the Party Information 
Framework.

* Committed first kickstarter-generated content to SVN (tx_party)
* Adjusted model:
   - URL and EmailAddress are now merged to ElectronicAddressIdentifier
   - New classes related to Party: Event, Identifier, Membership
   - New classes related to Person: Allergy, Favourite, Preference
* Several conversations with the chairman of the OASIS CIQ TC, Ram Kumar
* Sent feedback on OASIS xPIL/xNAL version 3.0
* Updated wiki (work packages, new <extension> tag to link to TER from 
the wiki)

The OASIS standard now goes to 60 days of public review and will then be 
finalized. After the final version is available, I will re-check the 
whole model and adjust it to fully comply with the standard. This 
obviously means that there will still be changes to the data model, but 
I feel that the current model is about 90% stable.

What's next?
------------
I have always stated that I want the Party Information Framework to be a 
team effort. After the very basic work and modeling is now done, I do 
invite everybody to join in and get coding.

What can I do?

I have added work packages to each component which can be realized 
fairly independently from each other. Please check the lists on the wiki:

If you want to contribute, please pick something that you're interested 
in, write your name on the wiki and tell us on this list. You are also 
welcome to add new stuff to the work packages (and start getting them 
done... :-). Where I need the most help is the Frontend part 
(party_view), so if somebody is interested in that, please come forward!

Personally, I am going to be working on the backend part of tx_party 
(IRRE, dynamic lookups, dynamic labels, proper use of 
static_info_tables) and on static_markets for the next few weeks.
