[TYPO3-ect] Passing on psm_hightlight Extension

Dear TYPO3 extension developers,

I am looking for a developer that would like to carry on psm_highlight
(http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/psm_highlight/1.1.2/).
There was great feedback and some suggestions how to improve this
extension. The main bug seems to be support of non utf-8 sites.

Please write me an email to christoph at psysm.com in order to pass this
extension on. It´s not that comprehensive extension, it might be
interesting for beginners or advanced developers.
