[TYPO3-ect] List of Contributors

Hi,

In addition of the permanent TODO list I will start this "List of
Contributuers" to give credit where credit is due. 

Unfortunatly this list can't be complete else we would need to notice
every posting commit, posting and wiki entry. So please don't be sad if
you contribution isn't marked on this list. The list can only be a
selection. Just contribute a little more continous and it will surley be
noticed one of the next occasions.

I start today with the latest contributions and work backward and
