[TYPO3-ect] Error Object

Hello Joerg,

hey cool! I make a note in the wishlist on their wiki-page. The
contrib-folder is a good idea for shared libs what have no GUI.

Question: where should we put documentation about this, so that ext-devs
know the difference between the typo3conf/ext - typo3/ext, typo3/sysext,
typo3/contrib - typo3conf/contrib, typo3/mod?
