[TYPO3-ect] Announcing phpunit extension 3.2 released and put on typo3xdev.sf.net and in bugs.typo3.org

Bug #6994 should be solved in version 3.2.1, which is now available from 
TER, http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/phpunit/3.2.1/

PS: Also available in subversion under 'tags/3.2.1'.
