Hi Michael,

i did a (quick) look to your document and it looks great, nice work!
What i miss is a kind of introduction
- what is propel
- why did i need propel in TYPO3
- what do i need for propel (pear, ...)

As i'm not familar with propel it would help.
The technical things are good described and easy to understand. go on!
