[TYPO3-ect] kickstarter__mvc

Hi there!

Today i commited some fixes to the kickstarter__mvc to svn that should fix
some issues concerning the code generation... my first own plugin
showed me the failures and that noone of the 71 downloaders tested
the kickstarter__mvc at all...

So perhaps someone can do some testing on the new code this time?
