This is the plan if the kickstarter__mvc has been proven to work 
and to generate valid wellformed code for lib/div. Then i will ask
the kickstarter team to integrate the kickstarter__mvc.
Until then i expect to release several intermediate steps and i dont
want to wait for the kickstarter team inthewhile.

ECT has decided to mark addons to known extentions as 
[extension]__[addon](__addon)*
kickstarter__mvc is the first extension in TER that follows this scheme.
