when you and the ECT have made your decision we can create the page. I
think the best cats for it are "Extension", "HowTo" and "Developer". So
one can find it easily when one needs it.

And the section it belongs to should be ECT, so you have it in your
team-list, too ;-)

I think one important part of this page should be a list of licences
what are _not_ compatible - for example Apache2.
