Sorry for that, I don't wanted to discredit Kasper. It was more this 
sentence "The discussion about those details must go on on the HCI 
list.", where I thought "Yes" this is the real way.

But for me, it looks like, that some of the CoreDevs already have made 
the decision. At least, actually it looks like dmitry dulepov (also a 
CoreDev) wants to have a discussion.
