Good morning!

YAPWTO = Yet another project we took over...

Well, and again before the real relaunch, some bugfixing and small changes
need to be done.

At least there is one good thing that we (netfielders) started so early
doing TYPO3 work: We did training for a lot of people, and some of them did
do training to others, and they again maybe. In every "interation", the
TS-templating structure we took as the base for the training, was used in
the future by those people. Of course there are adaptions made to the
overall thing in every step, as not anything has been remembered correctly,
or seemd better in another way. For us as well, we changed things every once
in a while.

At least (2) I do recognize some projects we take over, in terms of that
people who have been working on that project must have had training of one
of those interations ;-)

Well, now I am on working another YAPWTO. In this case, things are done in a
totaly different way, which is also fine, but in which it takes more time to
make changes. As we have different people working for us every once in a
while, as it will happen again now and then that we take over projects, I
thought some common approach for templating might make sense... (Don't get
me wrong, it's not my main goal to make it easier for us taking over
projects :-) It's just some experience I have)

To get to the point:
We have some german document describing Templating-Structures anyway. I'd
need to rewrite it to have it up to date, add some more details here and
there and publish it. If anyone else is interested in this, feedback and
such, your own ideas, get in touch with me for internal
review/discussion/brainstorming.
