I do not like so much the idea that everything has to be configured in 
the backend of a plugin. Because when you have a lot of pages with the 
same extension plugin this would be a lot of work which had to redone 
with each change of parameters.
There should be a way to change the views globally for one extension. So 
maybe a graphical extension writing TypoScript setup would be better 
than a flexform for a plugin.
