[TYPO3-ect] Update on Party Information Framework

Hi,

yes, thanks from my side, too. I was wondering why this big project
stopped. I'm caring for the information & documentation what is in the
wiki, so I ask you about the project.

In the wiki there should be a redirect, I think.

to http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Party_Information_Framework

correct? If yes, then I'll create it.

Another thing is about the
* New login box development coordination -  from Brice Bernard
* Users Addresses - relations between fe_user and tt_address, best
practice discussion from Elmar Hinz
Is it decided, yet, if they will be a part of the Party Information
Framework?
If yes, I would update this on the Projects-page.
