The template is fine. In opposite to typo3.org it produces valid code,
certainly depending on the extensions presented. But let us see first if we
find serious supporters for the project. It is really not the kind of
project a single person could do. A strong team is really a precondition
for it.

By the way. Did you think about supporting optimisation of typo.org? To
make it more accessible. To make the template scaling to 100% on every
monitor width. The official pages of a web publishing system are so
important as references for it.
