[TYPO3-ect] Quickstart and testsite packages for TYPO3 4.0

I actually need to rebuild quickstart and testsite with RC2.  Kasper 
made a couple changes to impexp which he thinks may affect the packages. 
  That should be done late tonight (US time) / early tomorrow (your time).

What do you think about my question from before about extension 
requirements?
