[TYPO3-ect] MVC: Language object

Hello typoniks,

pi_base has a built in feature to overwrite and extend language
settings from typoscript with user defined settings like:

plugin.tx_supermax._LOCAL_LANC.de{
   greeting = Guten Tag
}

plugin.tx_supermax._LOCAL_LANC.frisian{
   greeting = Moin moin
}


plugin.tx_supermax._LOCAL_LANC.bavarian{
   greeting = Grüß Gott
}

What about the MVC and user defined language settings?
