I think currently it's only the Extension Manager that displays
warnings for classes without tx_ prefix or without XCLASS footer. In
future there may be similar controlls i.e. to reach the status stable
or to upload at all.

t3lib_div::xxx doesn't have this this prefix. Either sys extensions
are never installed by the Extension Manager or have build in exceptions.

Before using a tx_-free name we would need a very official GO.
