Hi Elmar,

My opinion, but it's only my opinion, is that the more we use the Typo3 
framework, the more we provide high level service to Typo3 users. I 
don't think that Typo3 could be a sort of new generation of EAI 
applications.

I understand your concern : no one is really working on the ECT project. 
OK, but, let just explain why i'm doing nothing, just for an example : 
my sites are using the 3.7 version, i plan to migrate to the 3.8.1 this 
month. My feeling is for the moment : how can i provide good work to the 
ECT team, if i have no 4.0beta to test my code ? So, i will be able to 
help when i have migrated to 4.0. Probably in few weeks or monthes...
I could help if i have the possibility to use a common Typo3 platform, 
up-to-date, where i can work with others to develop the extension 
packages. Clearly, if someone provide and manage a platform where we can 
develop projects and where the Type3 core files are updates daily or 
weekly, i'm with you.

Sorry if i'm not clear, my english is not good enough.
