[TYPO3-ect] Help wanted for FE Forms Library Project

Elmar,

Yeah, Nick Weisser was interested, and I sent an email to the people who  
expressed interest in this on the wiki pages, but haven't heard anything  
back from them yet. Jérôme Schneider (ameos extensions) is one of them.
Jeff was going to talk to another guy he knows who was interested, so we  
will see.
