this is great news. I tried to work on the structures of ECT today, to make
them match the requirements of Kaspers big "TYPO3 genome project":

This is still not official, but it goes in that direction:

The "Forms Library" would be a project that is related to ECT (and maybe to
other teams like "core developers"). Your role is to report to the board of
the ECT and to represent the responsibilty of ECT within the project group
you will found.

For the beginning I have called this role "coordinator". Maybe we should
call it agent or representative. Something like that.

The project group is free to choose an inner structure that fits to the
project best. If you think that a double leadership with Jeff is a good way
to go, you are free to do that.
